You'll book a round-trip intercity train and a hotel room, say what's happening right now with stare + gerundio (sto aspettando — I'm waiting), tell the story of the trip afterwards by weaving passato prossimo and imperfetto (Days 14 & 16), and handle check-in at a hotel reception desk.

Hindi already keeps 'right now' separate from 'tomorrow'
Stare + gerundio maps almost exactly onto Hindi 'मैं जा रहा हूँ' (I'm going, right now) — and Hindi keeps that apart from 'मैं कल जाऊँगा' (I'll go tomorrow), exactly as Italian forbids the continuous for plans. The hotel check-in feels familiar too: handing over your passaporto for registration is just like the 'Form C' guest register in Indian hotels — they note it and hand it straight back.
