• We are not an education agent or recruiter. We do not contact universities on your behalf, do not submit applications for you, and do not earn referral commissions for steering students toward specific institutions.
• We are not a legal, tax, or financial advisor. Anything you read on the site is general information. Your circumstances are unique and may require professional advice.
• We do not draft, review, or store your application documents. We explain what documents typically mean. Drafting a Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation, motivation letter, or visa documentation is something you do — using your own university’s instructions and, where useful, a qualified mentor.

No outcome promised

Nothing on this site — free or paid — increases the probability of admission, scholarship, visa approval, accommodation, or employment. Outcomes depend on each university, scholarship body, the Italian Embassy, VFS Global, your individual profile, and many other factors that ArrivoBuddy does not control and cannot predict.

Marketing copy on the site that uses the word plan, prepare, guided, or step-by-step refers to organizing information. It does not create any expectation of a specific result.

Documents and personal data

ArrivoBuddy does not request, collect, hold, or process sensitive identity or financial documents — such as your passport, Aadhaar, PAN, academic transcripts, bank statements, or insurance certificates — through this site. Any form on the site asks for, at most, your name, email, broad location in India, your selected planning topic, and (when you create an account) the dates of your course start and planned arrival.
